Style Bible

Yesterday Ruby Loves Red was lucky enough to get a feature in the Scotland On Sunday's Style Bible, this is a weekly feature page in their "atHome" magazine. It is amazing that so soon after the new shop has launched a national homes magazine has wanted to do a feature about it. They showed a picture of the Red Birds On A Wire canvas by Box Art as an image and I think that was a great choice - I love that Canvas! (as I type there is still one left up for grabs, if you fancy it then you can check it out here). That was a lovely Easter surprise for me to wake up to - as well as about a ton of chocolate of course.

Best parcel EVER

This arrived on my doorstep on Monday lunchtime and I've gotta say I think it is quite simply the best decorated parcel I have ever received. How nice is it when someone takes the time to make your order completely individual and gorgeous for you!

So a huge thanks to Kim Haller, (kil.sook) and all her wonderful prints and the most amazing envelope ever!!! Kil.sook prints are now available in the shop and by the way the prints are just as amazing as the packaging, actually I'm wrong - they are way better, go take a look now!

Just For Fun

Trying to figure out Photoshop = Frustrating. But the doodling part is still fun. What do you get if you cross the two things, well this little photo-shopped doodle, not bad considering how poor my computer editing skills are!

The Clocks Have Changed

The clocks have gone forward one hour - it is now officially British Summer time and the sun is actually out and shining this morning therfore I am in a good mood (easily pleased!).

So you lucky people out there can now benefit from my generous mood and take advantage of FREE P&P in the shop for today only to anywhere, yip siree, anywhere in the world! Who knows if this mood continues then I may even do the same tomorrow.......

What I Did On Monday But It Was Raining So I Couldn't Take Any Photos For You To See!

This is what I made on Monday afternoon on my day off, but as I said in that incredibly long title of mine the weather was so rubbish that I couldn't take any photographs until this morning when it was vaguely light outside. Well this wee guy / gal started off life as a rabbit but has kind of ended up looking more like a mouse but that doesn't really matter does it? I have however just realised that I've only gone and used the same daisy fabric that I did when I made the last little creature of mine (because it was still lying on the floor, i'm rubbish at tiding up fabrics after myself, they just lie around for months). I like this gal, I like her matching skirt and corsage and I especially like her shoes, bang on trend as Gok would say!
