Update about Saturday

So as you know because i've been going on about it for a long time now I had my first craft fair on Saturday in St Andrew's, Scotland. I managed to take a few photographs of my stall which I think looked pretty good considering it was my first attempt. I ran out of space on the actual table-top so the long legged birdies were pegged along the front, I quite liked this way of displaying them to get the correct effect rather than them just being piled up on top of each other on the table.

The best reaction was definitely for the Wing-a-me-jigs with a few going to good homes, to name a couple - Gillian of Ollie and Forbes, Amanda of Hungry Designs (thanks to Colin) and a very cute little blonde haired girl who I spotted later in the day hugging hers tightly - made me smile. The little Scottie dogs were well received too.
It can be quite difficult not to get craft envy at these markets and I tried not to look around too much for fear of bankrupting myself spending all my days earnings on the huge amounts of beautiful pieces available.

My stall was between Evie of Milomade and Lynne of Blackhouse Bags, both were very lovely and have wonderful handcrafted items for sale, and I finally managed to meet Nicole from Dots n Stripes with her wonderful brightly coloured items of children's clothing and accessories. My favourite had to have been the wonderful cupcakes from Hungry designs though, typical me always thinking about my stomach!
