Stags and Hens

This weekend was spent through in the City of Edinburgh for one of my oldest friends hen do - (oldest in the context of time we have known each other and not age!). Louise and Alan will be getting married on the 4th July and we are all very excited for them - it's going to be a tear jerker.

The hen do was in Louise's flat and her Mum and two sisters Ellie and Karina did an amazing job of organising it - especially the worst dressed bridesmaids fashion parade for Lou, some dresses were so so awful that they were actually amazing - not mine I hasten to add, it was a big pink "Little Bo Peep" number which has now been donated to the dressing up box of a seven year old girl (I don't even think she would wear it). I really didn't want to put this photo on but I think for you to get the full idea of just how tragic it is it needed to be done.

We had a wonderful lunch on Sunday afternoon and tried to ignore our Cava hangovers before parting company until the 4th when Lou becomes Mrs Davison - good luck to you both, you truly are a wonderful couple and Lou you are an amazing friend, I am lucky to have you. x
